As a freelance designer, Signe Fleischmann introduced a subscription model to stabilize irregular income. While it worked financially, it exposed a deeper issue: design work wasn’t failing because of creativity — it was failing because of missing structure.

Briefs were unclear. Feedback was subjective. Decisions lacked shared criteria. A partner’s bankruptcy just before launch made it clear that the problem wasn’t access to designers, but alignment around design.

dynesis was created to solve that — by building systems that help teams align, reflect, and grow through design.
